At Maetiva, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during our business hours:

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Area

We currently ship orders within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery time is estimated from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $120.

Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Maetiva is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

7. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • High shipping volume
  • Holiday seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help check the status of your shipment.
